BECOME A VENDOR

WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO OUR SIXTH YEAR OF REUNION HELD ON SATURDAY MAY 9TH AT THE MARCONI AUTO MUSEUM IN TUSTIN.

WE ARE IN A NEW VENUE WITH A MIX OF INDOOR AND OUTDOOR VENDOR SPACES. No shared booths.

  • 9x9 INDOOR Space - $125 - No tents

  • 9x18 INDOOR Space - $250

  • 10x10 OUTDOOR Space - $155 - SOLD OUT

  • 10x20 OUTDOOR Space - $310 - SOLD OUT

  • 10x 10 FOOD VENDOR SPACES - $125 - This year we are prioritizing food pop up booths over food trucks due to space.

Vendor Space Options

Indoor vending will be among the museums beautiful car collection throughout multiple rooms.

Outdoor vendor spaces are the first thing you see when you enter the show

CRITERIA: WE ARE LOOKING FOR FOOD AND BEVERAGE (NON ALCOHOLIC) VENDORS AND PRIMARILY 80’S AND OLDER VINTAGE AND ANTIQUES FOR INDOOR AND OUTDOOR AREAS.

VENDOR SELECTION IS BASED ON CURATION OF PRODUCT, PHOTOS, AND BOOTH PRESENTATION.

*WE ARE ONLY LOOKING VENDORS SELLING VINTAGE GOODS/CLOTHING AND OR CAR/ MOTORCYCLE RELATED GOODS.* ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR APPLICATION WE WILL ASK YOU TO SEND PHOTOS OF YOUR BOOTHS FROM PREVIOUS MARKETS.

LOAD IN

INDOOR VENDORS - We will have an optional early load in day for INDOOR vendors only on Friday 5/8 from 10:30AM-2PM. We highly encourage our INDOOR vendors to take advantage of this early load to avoid the chaos the morning of, other wise you will load in Saturday from 7:30am-9:30AMShow opens at 10am. Load out begins at 4pm for everyone.

OUTDOOR VENDORS - Load in will be the morning of the show on Saturday from 7:30am-9:30AM. Show opens at 10am. Load out begins at 4pm for everyone.

  • This is a ticketed event, tickets will be sold online and at the door.

  • There will be food vendors and a bar available during the show.

  • Family and Dog Friendly.

  • Each vendor will receive 2 wristbands.

  • There is vendor parking nextdoor

  • Each vendor must have event insurance - we will provide you more info once you are accepted.
